新时代提升基层党组织组织力的思考——以广东省为例

Enhancing the Organizational Strength of Grass-roots Party Organizations in the New Era——Take Guangdong Province as an Example

中国共产党第十九次全国代表大会强调要以提升组织力为重点来加强基层党组织建设,为新时代全面加强基层党组织建设提供了遵循。党的十九大以来,各地基层党组织都能坚持全面从严治党,基层党组织组织建设工作取得一定成效,但还面临着一些问题。为了有效地解决这些问题,各地需要从突出政治功能、狠抓“两个覆盖”、站稳群众立场、严格执行党的组织生活制度这四方面来提升基层组织组织力。

The 19th national congress of CPC stressed the need to strengthen the construction of community-level party organizations with the focus on enhancing organizational strength which provides guidelines for the construction of community-level party organizations in the new era.Since the 19th national congress of CPC,primary-level party organizations in all localities have been able to comprehensively govern the party with strict discipline.The organization and construction of grass-roots party organizations have made achievement,but they are still facing some problems.In order to effectively solve these problems,local governments need to enhance the organizational capacity of grassroots organizations from four aspects:highlighting political functions,paying close attention to the"two areas of coverage",standing firmly with the masses,and strictly implementing the party's system of regular organization activity.
