新时代农村养老服务发展面临着家庭养老服务偏好化与家庭养老服务能力的弱化,社会养老服务需求普遍化与供给的滞后化,政府化养老服务需求的依赖化与排他化、市场化养老服务需求的福利化与供给的利益化。新时代农村社会养老服务的优化发展,需要调动多元主体参与养老服务的积极性,充分发挥政府、市场、家庭、社会组织在农村养老服务供给中的作用。

The development of rural pension service in the new era is faced with such problems as the preference of family pension service and the weakening of family pension service ability,the generalization of social pension service demand and the lag of supply,the dependence and exclusiveness of government pension service demand,and the welfare and benefit of market pension service demand and supply.To optimize the development of rural social pension services in the new era,we need to mobilize the enthusiasm of multiple subjects to participate in the development of pension services,and give full play to the role of the government,the market,families and social organizations in the supply of rural pension services.
