摘要
校企合作教育培养模式是推动地方本科院校转型发展的主要抓手,具备优势互补、利益趋同和统一发展的内在合作逻辑。从应用型本科院校校企合作教育机制不完善的表征分析着手,提出完善的应用型本科院校校企合作教育机制体系构建框架:完善化的帮扶机制、现代化的治理机制、强导向的激励机制和全过程的培养机制。
The training mode of university-enterprise cooperative education is the main hold to promote the transformation and development of local colleges and universities. Based on their complementary advantages, common interests and unified development, and by analyzing the imperfect characteristics of the current cooperative education mechanism between universities and enterprises in application-oriented universities, this paper puts forward the construction framework of the cooperative education mechanism system between universities and enterprises in application-oriented colleges and universities:a perfect mechanism of support, modern governance, strength orientd incentives and whole processing training.
