摘要 “以文化人”作为新时代高等教育的重要理念,是通识教育最切合的表达方式。“以文化人”在通识教育中,以润物无声的涵化机制,从形成健全的人格、优美的情感、博雅的精神、高尚的境界方面表现出来。经典阅读、导师引导、小班授课、环境熏陶是“以文化人”在通识教育中得以实现的有效途径。“以文化人”思想的倡导和落实,是向我国古代优良教育传统的现代回归,推动着通识教育质量的提升和我国高等教育的内涵式发展。 As an important concept of higher education in the new era, the "cultural person" is the most appropriate expression of general education. In general education, the "cultural person" is embodied in the formation of sound personality, beautiful emotion, elegant spirit and noble realm through the acculturation mechanism of silent nourishing. Classical reading, tutor guidance, small-class teaching and environmental edification are the effective ways to achieve the "cultural person" in general education. The advocacy and implementation of the idea of the "cultural person" is a modem return to the fine educational tradition of ancient China, which promotes the improvement of the quality of general education and the connotative development of higher education in China.
