摘要
某钢铁公司热轧厂,板坯库AB跨及BC跨6台板坯夹钳起重机,在使用中,由于厂房柱子的位置改变,起重机轨道发生位移,致使起重机在生产中严重啃轨运行,增加维修工作量,影响生产的正常运行,对大车轮进行无轮缘化改造可有效解决该问题。本文对行车大车轮的无缘化改造的安全性及可行性进行了论证。
In the hot rolling mill of certain Steel Corp, there are six slab clamp cranes with AB span and BC span in slab yard. In use, due to the change of the position of the workshop pillar, the crane track displacement occurs, which results in serious rail gnawing operation in production, increases the maintenance workload and affects the normal operation of production. This paper advances the safety and feasibility of the borderless transformation of large wheel traveling. Arguments have been made.
