摘要
为满足最大件主机运输的要求,紧凑型履带起重机开发的关键在于转台合理布局的前提下,对与运输重量有关的主要结构件进行强度优化,从而使运输重量和运输尺寸控制在规定范围内。本文针对偏心转台设计进行分析探讨.对局部引起的应力较大区域进行了加强设计,根据典型作业工况的有限元分析结果,对主要结构件的重量进行优化.从而满足紧凑型机型主机运输对尺寸和重量要求,对后续产品系列化紧凑型设计开发具有指导意义。
In order to meet the requirements of the maximum mainframe transportation, the key to the development of the compact crawler crane is to optimize the strength of the main structural parts related to the transport weight on the premise of rational layout of the turntal)le, so that the transport weight and transport size are controlled within the specified range. In this paper, the design of eccentric turntable is analyzed and discussed, and the locally induced stress area is strengthened. According to the results of finite element analysis of typical working conditions, the weight of main structural parts is optimized, so as to meet the size and weight requirements of the mainframe transportation. The size and weight requirements are instinctive for the subsequent product series and compact design development.
