油膜轴承润滑油选型优化研究

摘要 相对间隙是油膜轴承的重要性能指标,当相对间隙从变化后,油膜轴承的承载能力也发生改变,本文通过分析相对间隙对油膜轴承承载能力的影响.分析润滑油粘度与承载能力的关系,经过计算,选用粘度更高的润滑油,解决相对间隙增大后油膜轴承承载能力下降的问题. Relative clearance is an important performance index of oil film bearings. When the relative clearance changes, the bearing capacity of oil film bearings also changes. In this paper, the influence of relative clearance on the bearing capacity of oil film bearings is analyzed, and the relationship between the viscosity of lubricating oil and the bearing capacity is analyzed. By calculating, the lubricating oil with higher viscosity is selected to solve the problem that the bearing capacity of oil film bearings decreases with the increase of relative clearance.
