摘要 国外成熟的热轧控制系统集成厂家如德国SIEMENS,瑞典ABB.0本三菱等公司具有成熟的轧线轧件跟踪、各区域轧制节奏匹配等理论及实践。并且在国内的各个热轧项目中均成功应用。代表热轧厂有宝钢2050J880,1580等厂。但是轧制节奏的最优化控制一直是各大钢厂追求的目标,并且由于设备、人员、工艺需求等不同,每个钢厂的轧制节奏也不尽相同,我们将研究最适合宁钢热轧的一套优化提高轧制节奏的方法,以期提高产量、降低吨钢成本,创造效益。 Foreign mature hot rolling control system integrators such as Germany SIEMENS, Sweden ABB, Mitsubishi Japan and other companies have mature rolling line tracking, rolling rhythm matching and other theories and practices. And in each domestic hot rolling projects have been successfully applied. On behalf of the hot rolling plant, Baosteel 2050, 1880, 1580 and other factories. However, the optimal control of rolling rhythm has always been the goal pursued by major steel mills, and clue to different equipment, personnel, and process requirements, the rolling rhythm of each steel mill is also different. We will study a set of optimal methods to improve the rolling rhythm, which is most suitable for the hot rolling of Ninggang, in order to increase the output, reduce the cost of tons of steel, and create benefits.
