摘要
备件管理能力直接影响设备状态稳定与否,对制造型企业有着举足轻重的作用,本文以宁波钢铁有限公司备件管理为研究对象,随着企业十多年的发展.备件管理已不适应当前的企业管理需要,采用流程再造常用的业务流程系统化改造法对备件管理流程进行原因分析,采取备件管理中引入技术部门力量、加强备件制作监制等六项对策措施,提升备件管理效率及备件质量,本文研究方法对提高备件管理能力具有参考价值。
The ability of spare parts management directly affects the stability of equipment and plays a pivotal role in manufacturing enterprises. This article takes spare parts nuinagement of Ningbo Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. as the research object. With the development of enterprises for more than a decade, spare parts management has not met the current needs of enterprise management. We will analyze the reasons for the process of spare parts management through the systematic transformation of business processes commonly used for process reengineering, and adopt six measures such as introducing technical departments into spare parts management and strengthening spare parts production and production, so as to improve the efficiency of spare parts management and the quality of spare parts. The research method has reference value to improve the management ability of spare parts.
