摘要
应用项目管理和软件工程知识,对宁钢EAM系统优化项目进行分析,发现在项目开发和实施过程存在许多不确定性,从而影响项目的成功完成。因此,引入风险管理,减少系统实施过程中的不确定性,促使项目成功完成。风险管理是对风险因素进行辨识、分析和评估,并制定监督、控制风险的计划,采取积极的控制行动。本文主要对EAM系统优化过程中的消极风险因素进行辨识、分析,提出积极的控制措施。
For the analysis of the EAM system optimization project with Project Management and Software Engineering knowledge, too much incertitude is found in deveploping and actualizing the project. And that would make the project accomplished unsuccessful. So, the risk management can reduce the incertitude of the project. The risk factors may be identified, analyzed and evaluated, supervised,controlled. This article discussed the negative risk control problem of the EAM system optimization project .
