摘要
宁波钢铁活性焦脱硫脱硝系统设计烟气通过量200万Nn^/h,分为A、B两个系列。于2018年7月底开始陆续试车、试运行,在半年多的时间内因经验不足、设计考虑不周等方面的影响,遇到过多次较为典型的问题,如初次填装速度慢、吸附塔下料不畅通、过渡气室积灰难处理、制酸系统压力偏大等,经多方努力,排查分析原因,制定落实对策,最终得以克服解决。
The design of Ningbosteel Activated Coke Desulfurization and Denitrification System has a flue gas throughput of 2 million Nm/h, which is divided into two series A and B. In the end of July, 2018 , the commissioning and commissioning began one after another. Due to the influence of insufficient experience and inadequate design considerations in more than half a year, many typical problems were encountered, such as slow initial filling speed, blocked feeding of adsorption tower, difficult treatment of ash deposit in transition chamber, high pressure of acid-making system, etc. After many efforts ,the causes were investigated and analyzed, and countenneasures were worked out. It was finally overcome.
