摘要
炼铁高炉液压泥炮是冶炼行业主要的炉前设备,作者从泥炮的回转油缸出发,以可靠性理论为依据,建立了泥炮堵不上铁口的故障;并着重研究了以“回转油缸不动作”为顶事件的故障树并对其进行可靠性分析,找处故障产生的原因及排除方法,实现了高炉长周期安全生产。
The iron mud blast furnace hydraulic mud gun is the main furnace equipment in the smelting industry. The author starts from the rotary oil cylinder of the mud gun and based on the reliability theory, establishes the fault tree that the mud gun can not block the iron mouth;and focuses on the research."The rotary cylinder does not act”as the fault tree of the top event and analyzes its reliability, reduces the dust removal environmental benefits and guarantees blast furnace stable operation efficiency.
