摘要
介绍本文主要研究的是锰铁中硫的测定,通过对气体净化,坩埚处理,及称样量选择,助熔剂种类及用量等因素的优化,建立了锰铁中低含量硫的测定方法,实验结果表明:最小分析时间设为25s,坩埚在1350℃下预烧45min,选择三氧化钼作为特殊助熔剂且使用前在120℃烘0.5h,助熔剂用量分别为:锡粒0.1g,三氧化钼0.05g,纯铁0.2g,钩粒为1.5g,称样量为0.2g时,是分析锰铁中硫含量在0.005-0.015%之间的最佳条件,此方法即可消除锰氧化物对硫的吸附,而且燃烧过程中无喷溅,准确度高,重现性好,得到了满意的分析结果。在实际操作中切实可行。
In this paper, the determination of sulfur in ferromanganese is mainly determined. A method for the determination of low sulfur in ferromanganese by infrared combustion absorption spectrometry was studied. Some factors which influe nee the determination, such as the purification of oxgen, the processing of the crucible, weighting of the sample, the category and dosage of fluxing agent were investigated and optimized. The optimized experimental conditions were obtained as follow: the analysis time was 50s , the crucibles were burned for 45 min at 1350七,Molybdenum trioxide, as the special fluxing agent , was drying 0. 5h at 120乞 before use ,The dosage of flux was 0. lg of tin, 0. 05g of molybdenum trioxide, 0. 2g of pure iron, 1. 5g of tungsten and the dosage of sample 0. 2g , Under the optimum conditions, The absorption of sulfur by manganese oxide can be eliminated, and no spatter during combustion, the proposed method has good repeatability and high accuracy, and was successfully applied to the determination of sulfur with the content of 0.005 - 0. 025% in real erromanganese samples. The method is now applied to practical work.
