摘要
钢吊车梁开裂是厂房结构常见问题,但是开裂具体原因各不相同。本文针对翼缘板与腹板焊接连接缺陷引起开裂问题进行原因分析与探究,并在不停产、不拆下吊车梁、不直接在翼缘板与腹板连接处焊接的前提下做出合理的处置方案,做到对行车运行影响尽量小和节省投资。
Cracking of steel crane beam is a common problem in factory building structure, but the specific causes of cracking are different. In this paper, the causes of cracking caused by welding defects of crane beam are analyzed and explored. Make a reasonable disposal plan on the premise of non-stop production and not removal of crane beam as well as flange plate and web are not welded. Minimum impact on driving operation and saving investment.
