摘要
介绍了采用大功率CO2激光淬火机对工矿机车活塞环槽表面进行激光相变硬化试验研究,分析了激光器性能、工件材料特性、激光束入射角、预处理方法、激光功率、光斑尺寸以及扫描速度等因素对硬化层的影响。试验表明,通过优化激光输出功率和扫描速度参数能够达到良好的硬化效果。
An experimenlal study on laser phase change hardening of the piston ring groove surface of industrial and mining locomotives using a high-power CO2 laser quenching machine is introduced, the effects of laser performance, workpiece material characteristics, laser beam incident angle, pretreatment method, laser power, spot size and scanning speed on the hardened layer are analyzed. Experiments show that good hardening effect can be achieved by optimizing laser output power and scanning speed parameters.
