摘要
3D激光跟踪仪是工业测量系统中一种对大尺寸进行测量的仪器。它具有高精度、高效率、实时跟踪、安装快捷、操作简便等特点,适合于大尺寸、结构复杂设备的安装精度测量。宁波钢铁炼钢厂连铸1#钢包回转台2#升降臂从安装起一直存在重包升降异响现象,且升降油缸寿命偏短。本文通过对3D激光跟踪仪在钢包回转台上检测方案的探讨,确定了合适的检测方案及测量模型,找到了升降异响产生的原因,并提出相应的整改措施。
3D laser tracker is a large-scale measuring instrument in industrial measuring systems, which has the characteristics of high precision, high efficiency, real-time tracking measurement, quick installation and easy operation. It is suitable for the installation accuracy measurement of large-size and complex equipment. Since the installation of the 1 # ladle turret 2# lifting arm of Ningbo Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., there has been a phenomenon of heavy bag lifting and abnormal sound from the installation, and the life of the lifting cylinder is short. In this paper, through the discussion of the detection scheme of the 3D laser tracker on the ladle turret, the suitable detection scheme and measurement model are determined, and the causes of the abnormal noise are found, and the corresponding rectification measures are proposed.
