Practice of Remote Monitoring in Self-provided Power Plant

钢厂自备电厂根据现场回收能源的区域较为分散,汽轮发电机组布置也相对分散。为了提高智能装备水平、优化人员配置,对汽轮发电机组实施远程监控的改造,实现机组的远程开停机、增减负荷、机组调节等运行操作,实现机组的现场无人值守。

The self-owned power plant of steel plant is relatively dispersed according to the area of energy recovery on site,and the arrangement of turbogenerator units is also relatively dispersed.In order to improve the level of intelligent equipment and optimize the staffing,the remote monitoring and control of turbogenerator unit is reformed to realize the remote start-up and shutdown,load increase and decrease,unit regulation and other operation of the unit,and realize the unattended operation of the unit on site.
