摘要 针对金川集团烟气制酸实时系统及能源管控中心项目中采用的实时数据采集技术进行比较,烟气制酸实时系统中主要采用中控的OPC2TCP以及接口框架技术,数采网关应用很少,全部为有线数采;而能控项目中有线和无线数采都有,有线数据采集主要采用有线网关进行;网关主要包括力控和盈创两家产品;无线数采主要包括了盈创无线网关、力控无线网关数采以及蒸汽和水计量中的科泰斯技术等;本文提出了中控OPC2TCP及接口框架应用比较;有线数采中力控网关及盈创数采网关的比较;中间提出了一种软采集和硬采集相结合技术实现;最后对各种数采技术进行了比较,并对数采中应注意的问题进行了总结,可为后续项目的开展提供借鉴。 Compared with the real-time data acquisition technology used in the project of Jinchuan Groups flue gas acid-making real -time system and energy management and control center, the real- time system of flue gas acid-making mainly adopts OPC2TCP and interface framework technology of central control, and the application of data acquisition gateway is very few, all of which are wired data acquisition;while both wired and wireless data acquisition are available in the controllable project, and wired data acquisition is mainly carried out by wired gateway. gateway mainly includes force control and Yingchuang products;wireless data acquisition mainly includes Yingchuang wireless gateway, force control wireless gateway data acquisition and Cotes technology in steam and water metering;this paper puts forward the application comparison of central control OPC2TCP and interface framework;the comparison of force control gateway and Yingchuang digital acquisition gateway in wired data acquisition;and a combination technology of soft acquisition and hard acquisition is proposed in the middle. Finally, the paper compares various data acquisition technologies, and summarizes the problems that should be paid attention to in data acquisition, which can provide reference for the follow -up projects.
