电镍中铁的测定一电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法

摘要 本文研究了采用标准加入法在ICP-AES上测定电镍及水淬镍中铁元素的方法,铁的测定范围为0.0010%-0.05%,考察了铁元素的检出限和测定下限,进行了基体的影响试验,铁的线性范围为0.0.5μg/mL,铁的回收率为93.3%.117.0%,RSD为6.14%-10.73%。 In this paper, a standard addition method for the determination of iron in electric nickel and water quenched on ICP-AES has been studied. The determination range of iron is 0.0010%-0.05%.The detection limit and the determination limit of iron were investigated. The influence test of matrix was carried out. The linear range of iron is 0.0.5μg/mL.The recovery rate of iron is 93.3%.117.0%. The RSD of iron is 6.14%-10.73%.
