新时期做好公文管理与保密工作的思考与探索

摘要 办公室作为企业的办事机构,具有综合、全面、系统的特点,统筹协调着各部门的工作。同时在辅助决策、发展企业文化方面起着重要作用。公文管理与保密是整个办公室工作的重要组成部分,也是党政机关及事业单位的一项重要工作。随着《中国共产党机关公文处理条例》[1]《保密法》的颁布实施,适应企业高质量发展新形势,做好新时期公文管理与保密工作,对于提高公文运转效率、提升制度执行力、促进机关整体工作具有十分重要的意义。 As an organ to handle daily affairs in a company, the General Office has comprehensive, coordinated and systematic characteristics. It makes overall plans and coordinates the work of various departments. And it plays an important role in assisting decision.making and developing corporate culture. Documents management and confidentiality are key parts of the whole office work, and also important tasks of the Party and government organizations. With the implementation of the Regulations on the Handling of Official Documents of the Communist Party of China and the Confidentiality Law , it is of great significance to adapt to the enterprise's high quality developing, to do good works on document management and confidentiality under new situation, so as to increase the efficiency of document operation, enhance document execution and promote the overall work of the management organs.
