Proceeding with Caution——a Survey on Central Bank Digital Currency

对各国央行的一项调查显示,多数中央银行正在对央行数字货币进行研究,许多正在从概念性工作进展到实验和概念证明,并与其他中央银行开展合作。但各国央行似乎非常谨慎,几乎没有报告显示有在短期或中期发行数字货币的计划。

A survey of central banks shows that most are conducting research on central bank digital currency. Many are progressing from the conceptual phase into experimentation and verification and some are cooperating with other central banks in this effort. However, central banks appear to be proceeding cautiously and few of them are contemplating issuing digital currency in the near or medium term.
