摘要
分析ERP行业发展现状、人才需求和人才培养现状,重点分析SAP企业对ERP的人才需求,进行基于企业ERP人才需求的专业改革实践。确定人才培养目标和培养模式,总结高职学生就业岗位及岗位能力要求,搭建人才培养课程体系和实践教学体系,采用多维度教学方式培养学生,多途径培养双师教师,为ERP专业改革提供了可行方案。
This paper analyzes the current situation of the development of ERP industry,the demand for talents and the talent training,focuses on analyzing SAP enterprises’talent demand for ERP,and carries out professional reform practice based on the talent demand of enterprise ERP.This paper also determines the talent training objectives and modes,summarizes the requirements of higher vocational students'jobs and post abilities,builds the talent training curriculum system and practical teaching system,adopts multidimensional teaching methods to train students and train double-qualified teachers in various ways.It provides a feasible plan for ERP pro fessional reform.
