摘要
当前,我国高校的人力资源管理课程教学模式主要采取教师课堂讲授的理论灌输模式,少有能够让学生主动参与并分析探究的环节,以致妨碍了学生的自主学习、积极创新以及解决实际问题能力的培养。基于此,文章从以“学生为中心”的教育理念出发,提出了“情景模拟”与“实践体验”的创新实践教学模式,并探讨了其实施流程和保障措施,以期实现人力资源教学模式从“单一的理论灌输”向“自主、参与及实践”的现代化学习方式的转换。
The teaching mode of human resource management course in universities mainly adopts the theoretical indoctrination mode in China presently.There are few links that can enable students to actively participate in,analyze and explore,which greatly hinders the cultivation of students'independent learning,active innovation and ability to solve practical problems.Based on that,this article puts forwards the"simulation"and"practice"innovative practice teaching mode from the education idea of"students as the center",and introduces the implementation process and safeguard measures of these two kinds of practical teaching mode,so as to transform the teaching mode of human resources courses from the"single theoretical indoctrination"to"autonomy,participation and practice".
