高职学生综合职业素养培养模式的研究与实践

Research and Practice on the Comprehensive Professionalism Cultivation Model of Higher Vocational Students

随着大学生就业竞争日趋激烈,创新人才培养模式,构建以企业需求为导向、以职业能力为本位、提升高职学生综合职业素养的人才培养新模式迫在眉睫。论文从高职学生综合职业素养内涵出发,分析了高职学生综合职业素养培养的必要性和存在问题,从高职学生综合职业素养培养的目标定位、内容选择和途径选择三方面构建了高职学生综合职业素养培养模式。

With the increasingly fierce competition for college students’employment,it is urgent to innovate and construct a new comprehensive professionalism cultivation model of higher vocational students,which is oriented to the needs of enterprises and based on professional ability improvement of those students.Based on the connotation of comprehensive professionalism for higher vocational students,this paper analyses the necessity and existing problems of comprehensive professionalism cultivation.Moreover,it puts forward a comprehensive professionalism cultivation model of higher vocational students from three aspects--the target orientation,content selection and approach selection.
