摘要 为解决超声检测时,医生长期手部施力对手腕关节造成的损伤,设计了一种医用超声探头助力器。该助力器同时可以避免医生超声检测过程中,由于手部摁压超声探头力度不足造成超声成像不清楚、误诊等后果。通过51单片机控制安装在机械支架上的步进电机作为主要传动部件,带动丝杆、探头进行力的扩增与撤销。在力的控制上,采用传感器信号反馈控制,进行自动控制调节,操作简单、体积小、灵敏度高、安全性高,可以很好的减轻医生工作负担。 To design a medical ultrasonic probe booster to solve the injury caused by long-term application of hand force to the wrist joint of doctors during ultrasonic examination.At the same time,it could avoid the consequences of unclear and misdiagnosis of ultrasound imaging due to insufficient strength of the hand-squeezing ultrasound probe during the ultrasound examination.The stepping motor installed on the robotic arm was controlled by the 51microcontroller as the main transmission component,the screw and the probe were driven to amplify and cancel the force.In terms of force control,sensor signals were used for feedback control and automatic control adjustment.It can reduce the medical staff′s workload with simple operation,small volume,high sensitivity and high safety.
