Industry and human resources are evidently the two major factors during the period of the economic transition from high-speed growth to high-quality development in Jiangsu.With the two aspects promoting one another and developing on the mutual basis,their integration not only severs as a strong support for the highquality development but also helps to construct a modern industrial system,build high-end innovation parks,and to realize the ideal of powerful nation with talents strategy.In view of the problems existing in their integration,Jiangsu should give full play to its comparative advantages in system and mechanism,higher educational resources,industrial development,top talents,and defense and military industries in order to deepen the integration and provide strong support for Jiangsu to be the lead in high-quality development nationwide.
