高职科协培养学生科技创新能力体制机制的思考

Reflection on the System and Mechanism of Developing Students’ Ability of Scientific and Technological Innovation by Higher Vocational Colleges Association for Science and Technology

高职科协是高职科技工作者的群众组织,是高职院校实现人才培养目标的一支重要力量。目前,高职科协未能在培养学生科技创新能力方面发挥重要作用,主要原因在于学校重视不够,顶层设计不到位,科协自身运行管理不畅,各参与主体的积极性不高等方面。因此,需要从学校层面及科协自身层面入手,探索建立有利于高职学生科技创新能力培养的体制机制。

As a mass organization of scientific and technical workers,the Higher Vocational Colleges Association for Science and Technology is an important force to ensure the achievement of personnel training goals.However,it fails to play its role in developing students’ability of scientific and technological innovation.The major reasons lie in the insufficient attention from colleges,the unfulfilled top-level design,the poor management of the association,and the inactive attitude of the parties involved.Therefore,both colleges and the association itself should try hard to explore the approaches to effective system and mechanism for developing students’ability of scientific and technological innovation.
