乳管镜日间手术在乳头溢液诊治中的临床应用

Clinical application of breast tube mirror day surgery in the diagnosis and treatment of nipple discharge

目的:探讨乳管镜日间手术方法对乳头溢液的临床治疗效果。方法:对我院2017年1月1日—2018年9月30日收治的108例乳头溢液患者,选择乳管镜日间手术方法展开疾病诊治,对最终就诊治效果进行分析。结果:所有患者完成乳管镜检查后,发现乳腺导管扩张、乳腺乳导管炎、乳腺炎或者乳汁淤积、乳腺囊性增生以及乳管内乳头状瘤的例数分别为30例、36例、15例、21例以及6例。所有乳管溢液患者经过对应治疗后,症状缓解,治疗效果理想。结论:临床选择乳管镜日间手术方法对乳头溢液患者进行诊治,可以明确乳管病变情况,完成病因诊断。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of the choice of breast tube mirror surgery for the treatment of patients with nipple discharge.Methods:108 patients with nipple discharge admitted to our hospital from January 01,2017 to September 30,2018 were selected.The day-to-day operation of breast ductoscopy was selected to diagnose the disease,and the results were analyzed.Results:After completing the breast ductoscopy in all patients,the number of patients who were found to be breast duct dilatation,breast ductitis,mastitis or milk deposit,cystic hyperplasia of the breast,and papilloma of the duct were 30 cases,36 cases.For example,15 cases,21 cases and 6 cases.All patients with tube discharge after the corresponding treatment,the corresponding symptoms are relieved,and the treatment effect is satisfactory.Conclusion:The clinical selection of breast ductoscopy day surgery method for the diagnosis and treatment of nipple discharge patients,the patient's breast duct lesions can be fully clarified,the patient's tissue specimens and milk duct contents are taken,and the cause diagnosis operation is reasonably completed.Finally,the corresponding research on the treatment plan of patients with nipple discharge and the improvement of the therapeutic effect of patients are laid,which fully demonstrates the feasibility of the intervention of the laparoscopic patients in the treatment of patients with nipple discharge.
