摘要
利用动电位极化曲线、电化学阻抗图谱等方法研究了薄叶薄鳞蕨提取物在1mol·L^-1盐酸溶液中对Q235钢的缓蚀性能。结果表明:在盐酸酸溶液中薄叶薄鳞蕨提取物均可明显减缓钢的腐蚀,属混合型缓蚀剂,且其缓蚀性能随浓度的增大而增强;薄叶薄鳞蕨提取物中的缓蚀剂分子在碳钢表面的吸附具有自发性,满足Langmuir等温吸附方程,属于物理-化学的混合吸附过程。
The inhibition effect of Leptolepidium dalhousiae extractive on the corrosion of Q235 steel in acidic pickling solutions (1 mol·L^-1 HCl) was investigated by using potentiodynamic polarization curves, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and other methods. The results showed that L. dalhousiae extractive acted as a mixed-type inhibitor and could effectively retard the steel corrosion in the acid solution. The inhibition efficiencies increased with an increase in the concentrationof L. dalhousiae extractive. The adsorption action of L. dalhousiae extractive molecules on the steel surface followed the Langmuir adsorption isotherm, and the calculated thermodynamics data indicated that it is a spontaneous mixed adsorption processes, including both physisorption and chemisorption.
