建设一流本科教育的基础与路径:基于中国政法大学的思考

The Foundation and Path of Building First-class Undergraduate Education : Reflections on China University of Political Science and Law

高等教育的首要任务是培养人才,为新时代中国特色社会主义建设培养一流的人才。只有培养出一流人才的高校,才能成为世界一流的大学。关于如何建设好一流的本科教育,本文提出了三条基本原则。同时,国内关于一流本科教育的概念和内涵、评价指标和体系等问题的研究还有所欠缺,缺少相对明确和统一的标准等问题,本文在文献梳理的基础上对一流本科教育的定义和基本特征进行了归纳,同时,本文还整理了建设世界一流大学的研究和世界大学排名评价标准中与本科教育相关的特征,为一流本科教育的建设提供借鉴和补充。

The primary task of higher education is to cultivate talent and cultivate first-class talent for the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era. Only a university that has developed top talent can become a world-class university. With regard to how to build a first-class undergraduate education, this paper puts forward three basic principles. At the same time, there are still some shortcomings in the domestic research on the concept and connotation of first-class undergraduate education, evaluation indicators and systems. Based on the literature review, this paper summarizes the definition and basic characteristics of first-class undergraduate education. At the same time, the author also organizes the research on the construction of world-class universities and the characteristics of undergraduate education in the evaluation criteria of world university rankings in order to provide reference and supplement for the construction of first-class undergraduate education.
