党的十九大报告把"依法治国"作为新时代坚持和发展中国特色社会主义的基本方略之一,我们要深入领会全面依法治国的精神实质和丰富内涵,要建设中国特色法治体系和社会主义法治国家,离不开高素质法治队伍的培养和高水平的法学教育。新时代中国特色法学教育路径的探索,西南政法大学从思想政治课程建设、课程思政、分类培养、创新创业教育四个方面作为重要抓手,培养法学专业学生德法兼修,根据学生发展和法学教育特点,凝练出分类培养以及训赛为主要手段的新时代中国特色法学教育路径。
