法学实践教学存在着诸多影响教学质量的现实问题。司法大数据、人工智能的应用和网络化信息平台的建设,将不断充实实践教学资源,促进实践教学与实务的同步,有利于实现协同育人的无缝对接,有利于打造实践实训"金课",有利于提升毕业实习和毕业论文的规范化管理水平。实务部门应担当起服务法学实践教学的责任。

At present, there are many concrete problems affecting the quality of teaching in the practice of legal education in China. With the application of big data in law fields, artificial intelligence and the construction of network information platform, information technology continues to enrich the practical teaching resources and promote the synchronization of practical teaching and the actual practice of law. This new phenomenon is conducive to the realization of the seamless convergence of collaborative education, and it is conducive to the creation of practical training "golden class", which is significant to the improvement of the standardized management of graduation internships and graduation thesis. The author points out that the law enforcement department should assume the responsibility of teaching the practice of law in the reformed legal education.
