重组人IL-11联合营养支持防治食管癌患者放射性食管炎提高其生活质量的作用 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨重组人白介素-11联合营养支持对食管癌患者放射性食管炎及生活质量的影响。方法选取食管癌放射治疗患者84例,通过信封法随机分为研究组、对照组,两组均采用适形调强放疗。对照组自行进食,研究组给予口服白介素-11配制液10ml口服,给予营养支持干预措施。观察比较两组患者的营养状态、生活质量、放射性食管炎、进食情况、治疗中断情况。结果放疗前两者患者的营养状况无明显异常(P>0.05);放疗后研究组营养状态明显好于对照组。研究组急性放射性食管炎较对照组明显减轻,无Ⅲ~Ⅳ级反应;研究组进食状况明显优于对照组(P<0.05),研究组无一例患者中断治疗。放疗前两组患者生活质量无明显差异(P>0.05);放疗后研究组生活质量明显好于对照组。两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对食管癌放疗患者采取重组人白介素-11联合营养支持干预措施,不仅防治放射性食管炎、减轻放疗反应,而且明显提高患者的生活质量,对疾病恢复具有积极意义,且使用经济、安全、可靠,值得临床推广。 Objective To investigate the effect of recombinant human interleukin-11 combined with nutritional support on radiation esophagitis and quality of life in patients with esophageal cancer.Methods The 84 patients with esophageal cancer were selected for radiotherapy(conformal intensity modulated radiotherapy),and randomly divided into study group and control group by envelope method.The control group ate on its own,while the study group took orally 10ml of recombinant human interleukin-11 preparation,received nutritional support interventions.The nutritional status,quality of life,radiation esophagitis,food intake and treatment interruption were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The nutritional status of both's patients before radiotherapy was not significantly abnormal(P>0.05).The nutritional status of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group after radiotherapy(P<0.05).Acute radiation esophagitis in the study group was significantly alleviated compared with the control group(P<0.05),and there was no gradeⅢ-Ⅳreaction.The eating status of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05),and there was no interruption of treatment in the study group.There was no significant difference in quality of life between the two patients before radiotherapy(P>0.05).The quality of life in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group after radiotherapy(P<0.05).The difference between the two was statistically significant(P>0.05).better than that in the control group.The difference between the two was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of recombinant human interleukin-11 and nutritional support intervention measures for esophageal cancer patients not only prevent and treat radiation esophagitis and reduce radiation reactions,but also significantly improve the quality of life of patients,which is of positive significance for disease recovery.moreover,it is economical,safe and reliable to use and is worthy of clinical promotion.
