现代学徒制背景下学校教师企业实践和技术服务的问题及应对——以江苏省太仓中等专业学校为例

The Problems and Countermeasures of the Practice and Technical Service of Vocational School Teachers Under the Background of Modern Apprenticeship

在现代学徒制背景下,加强专兼结合师资队伍建设既是内在要求,也是外部条件。现代学徒制培养模式对职业学校专业教师的专业能力和职业素养有了新的要求,下企业实践,为企业提供技术服务都是提升教师专业能力和职业素养的必要途径。针对目前职业学校教师下企业实践和技术服务存在的共性问题,提出了保障企业生产能效、规范学校管理和协同校企发展的应对策略。

Under the background of modern apprenticeship,it is not only the internal requirement but also the external condition to strengthen the construction of full-time and part-time teachers.Modern apprenticeship training mode has new requirements on professional ability and professional quality of teachers in vocational schools.Enterprise practice and providing technical services for enterprises are necessary ways to improve professional ability and professional quality of teachers.Aiming at the common problems existing in enterprise practice and technical service of vocational school teachers,this paper puts forward countermeasures to ensure the production efficiency of enterprises,standardize school management and coordinate the development of schools and enterprises.
