基层电大深度参与多方联合办学模式的探索与实践——以宁海职业技术联合学院为例

Exploration and Practice of Grass-root RTVUs’ Deep Participation in Multilateral Cooperative School-running Model—— Taking Ninghai Vocational and Technical Union College as an Example

当前,为探索中等与高等职业教育一体化培养技术技能人才途径,促进区域产教融合与资源共享,各地纷纷尝试多方合作办学。宁海职业技术联合学院是中职、高职、企业合作办学的新办学模式,是多方深度合作机制上的独特创新。基层电大应积极参与到合作办学中,不断加强与政府、企业和行业的合作,依托终身教育公共服务平台,探索职业教育、社区教育、非学历教育培训等内容,促进自身转型发展。

At present, in order to explore the ways of training technical and skilled personnel in the integration of secondary and higher vocational education, and promote regional integration of industry and education and resource sharing, various regions have tried to run schools by multi-party cooperation. Ninghai Vocational and Technical Union College is a new mode of running schools by cooperation among secondary vocational schools, higher vocational colleges and enterprises. It is a unique innovation in the mechanism of deep cooperation. Grass-roots RTVUs should constantly strengthen cooperation with the government and enterprises, rely on the public service platform of lifelong education, explore vocational education, community education, non-academic education and training, and promote their own transformation and development.
