摘要
高职院校师生交往已悄然成为影响高职院校办学质量提升的重要因素。高职院校师生“非制度性交往”是高职教育教学活动中的不让之责,将潜移默化地激发学生的学习兴趣、增进师生间的感情,能成为个人主体性唤醒的过程,会实现师生精神上的交往。高职院校师生“非制度性交往”的价值主题是从“扭曲相处”走向“协商交往”;价值目标为重返“生活世界”;价值诠释即提升、成长和共识。实现高职院校师生“非制度性交往”需要构建认知,激活动力,谋求和谐,拓展时空。
The interactions between teachers and students have become obstacles in the development of vocational colleges.“Non-institutional Interactions”between Vocational College Student and Teachers is the important part of the vocational education, It will arouse interest of learning knowledge, promotes bonding between individuals, develop the individual subjectivity of students through contacts and dialogues, and establish a sound teacher-student relationship. The core value proposition for“Non-institutional Interactions”between Vocational College Student and Teachers is that from cognition to communication. The value goal is to "return to the real life". The value interpretation is promotion, growth and consensus. The approach of“Non-institutional Interactions” between Vocational College Student and Teachers is to build cognitive basis, activate development internal force, achieve harmony, and expand the span of space and time.
