摘要
当前,中职教育的“认同危机”使得教师职业倦怠现象明显。克服职业倦怠,需要强化职教信仰,提升认同感;建立共同愿景,增强归宿感;强化目标引领,提升效能感;明晰价值追求,增强责任感;崇尚创新文化,激活教师发展源动力。从而,提升教师爱岗敬业水平与职业幸福感。
At present, the“identity crisis”of secondary vocational education makes teachers' job burnout obviously. In order to overcome job burnout, it is necessary to strengthen the belief in vocational education, enhance the sense of identity;establish a shared vision, enhance the sense of belonging;strengthen the goal to lead, enhance the sense of efficiency;clarify the pursuit of value, enhance the sense of responsibility;advocate innovation culture, activate the source of teacher development. Thus, the teacher's level of dedication and professional wellbeing will be enhanced.
