摘要
改革开放40 年,高等职业教育结构始终是我国职业教育体系中的一个重要组成部分。我国高等职业教育结构主要从学历层次和学制种类两个方面进行改革与发展。经过40 余年的努力,高等职业教育实现了从专科到本科的层次提升,形成了五年一贯制、两年制、中高职教育贯通、中本贯通等多种学制类型,是适应我国社会经济发展、满足人们普遍需求及推动职业教育大力发展的举措。展望未来,我国还可考虑发展研究生层次高等职业教育,加强高等职业教育内部各层次的衔接,坚持高等职业教育长学制与短学制并存,推行高本贯通人才培养模式,以期更加完善我国现代职业教育体系。
In the 40 years of reform and opening-up, the structure of higher vocational education has always been an important part of China's vocational education system. The structure of higher vocational education in China is mainly reformed and developed from the two levels of academic level and type of school. After more than 40 years of hard work, higher vocational education has achieved a level of promotion from junior college to undergraduate level, forming a five-year system, two-year system, secondary and higher vocational education, and secondary and undergraduate vocational education. This is an initiative to adapt to China's social and economic development, people's general needs and promote the development of vocational education. Looking into the future, China can consider the development of higher vocational education at the postgraduate level, strengthen the connection of all levels within higher vocational education, adhere to the coexistence of long-term and short- term in higher vocational education, and implement higher and undergraduate vocational education through the talent training model in order to improve China's modern vocational education system.
