英国ACEG职业教育框架及对中国中学生涯教育的启示

British ACEG Career Education Framework and Its Enlightenment to Chinese Middle School Career Education

摘要 现如今,经济全球化、都市化的速度不断加快,新的就职环境向年轻人提出了自主进行职业规划的更高要求。英国职业教育和指导协会为进一步发展英国中学职业教育,根据英国中学实际情况提出了一个职业生涯教育框架。该框架对英国KS2、KS3、KS4 和KS5 的学生应该具备的职业学习成果作了具体表述,并提供了一些参考活动。在新高考背景下,对中学生实施职业生涯教育势在必行,通过对ACEG 职业生涯教育框架深度剖析,以期为我国中学生涯教育政策的制定、实施和发展提供一定的借鉴。 Nowadays, the speed of economic globalization and urbanization is accelerating, and the new employment environment has put forward higher requirements for young people. In order to further develop British secondary school career education, the British Association for Careers Education and Guidance has proposed a career education framework based on the actual situation of British secondary schools. This framework makes a detailed description of the career learning achievements that should be available to students from KS2, KS3, KS4 and KS5 in the UK, and provides some reference activities. In the context of the new college entrance examination, it is imperative to implement career education for middle school students. Through the deep analysis of the ACEG career education framework, the research aims to provide some reference for the formulation, implementation and development of career education policy in China's middle school.
