摘要
为了减少930E矿用自卸卡车主发电机励磁故障导致的意外停机,本文概述了930E矿用自卸卡车主发电机励磁的工作原理、相关控制元件及系统控制原理,对该型号车辆出现的典型故障进行了分析、排除,从而缩短了故障维修时间,提高930E矿用自卸卡车的出动率,为后期设备运行过程中出现的故障维修提供借鉴。
In order to reduce the accidental shutdown caused by the excitation fault of main generator of930 E mine dump truck,this paper summarizes the working principle,related control elements and system control principle of the main generator excitation of 930 E mine dump truck,analyzes and eliminates the typical faults of this type of vehicle,thus shortens the maintenance time of the fault and improves the output rate of 930 E mine dump truck. It provides a reference for the fault maintenance in the later stage of equipment operation.
