摘要 本文通过对可控启动传输装置CST冷却系统中的冷却泵、热交换器、管路系统、压力检测装置所存在的问题和设计缺陷进行研究分析,有针对性地进行改进和优化,不仅解决了冷却系统自身的问题,而且提高了CST整机运行效率,减少设备故障和生产影响,具有明显的可行性,为CST系统的高效使用和技术改造提供了依据。 Through the study and analysis of the problems and design defects of the cooling pump,heat ex. changer,pipeline system and pressure detection device in the CST cooling system of the controllable startup transmission device,the improvement and optimization are carried out,which not only solves the prob. lems of the cooling system itself,but also improves the operation efficiency of the CST whole machine and reduces the equipment failure and production influence,which is obviously feasible,and it provides refer. ence for the efficient use and technical transformation of CST system.
