浅析100t板车挂车更换轮胎工艺的探索应用

神华准格尔能源有限责任公司哈尔乌素露天煤矿的100t重型宽体板车,主要负责配合大型吊斗铲及电铲在日常检修过程中,运输重型履带及电铲铲斗、铲杆等大型结构件,在辅助露天煤矿生产及检修工作任务中,发挥了极大作用,但由于宽体重型板车自身的设计缺陷,造成挂车轮胎内侧空间狭小,而无法更换内侧轮胎,这一严重缺陷直接导致板车无法运行,给大型设备的检修带来了一定影响。

The 100 ton heavy wide body wagon in Haerwusu Opencast Coal Mine of National Energy Group is mainly responsible for coordinating with large bucket shovel and electric shovel in the daily maintenance process, transporting heavy crawler, electric shovel bucket, shovel rod and other large structural parts,which has played a great role in assisting the production and maintenance task of opencast coal mine,but since the design defects of the wide body heavy wagon itself,the inner space of the trailer tire is narrow and the inner tire can’t be replaced,this serious defect directly leads to the wagon that can’t be in normal run state,which has a certain impact on the maintenance of large-scale equipment.
