按照宁东铁路公司内燃机车修制改革要求,检修车间通过对国内外的内燃机车检修模式的对比与分析,结合机车实际走行公里数对关键部件实行寿命管理,根据部件自身运用状态灵活调整修程,取消机车辅修,利用机车入库整备时间完成机车状态检查修工作。

According to the requirements of internal combustion locomotive maintenance reform in Ningdong Railway Company,through the comparison and analysis of the maintenance mode of internal combustion locomotives at home and abroad,combined with the actual running kilometers of locomotives,the life management of key components is carried out,the repair process is adjusted flexibly according to the application state of the components themselves,the locomotive minor repairs are cancelled,and the locomotive condition inspection and repair work is completed by using the locomotive storage and preparation time.
