摘要
针对白云鄂博低品位稀选尾矿中铌资源贫、杂、细的特征,在磨矿细度-0.074mm93%的条件下,以药剂氧化石蜡皂作为脱氟捕收剂,以新型药剂JN、BYQ作为选铌捕收剂,采用反、正浮选一粗四精工艺流程,最终获得了Nb2O5品位2.55%,回收率36.76%的铌精矿。实现了Nb2O5与萤石等矿物的有效分离,为以后白云鄂博矿的高值化利用提供了参考。
An experimental procedure was elaborated to meet the challenge in recovery of niobium from the tailings of Bayan Obo mineral process that mineral of niobium is in low grade, fine size, closely associated with other metal deposits, and scattered in many different categories of minerals. In the procedure, tailings are further ground to finer size with 93% less than 200 mesh, oxidized paraffin wax soap is used as collector in defluorization, new agents Jacqueline Nottingham and BYQ are used as niobium collectors, direct and reversed flotations consist of one coarse step and four fine-steps. The procedure has achieved Nb2 O5 grade2.55%, recovery rate of niobium concentrate 36.76%, and effective separation of Nb2 O5 and fluorite. This study provides a way for the high quality utilization of Bayan Obo tailings.
