改革开放以来我国劳动报酬的变动分析——基于以人民为中心发展思想的视角 被引量:21

Analysis on the Change of Labor Remuneration in China since the Reform and Opening up——Based on the Perspective of People-centered Development

摘要 改革开放以来,我国劳动报酬总量快速提升,但劳动报酬份额处于相对较低水平,并呈现出缓慢下降的趋势。全员劳动生产率的增长率与劳动报酬增长率基本保持一致,劳动报酬份额与资本所得份额基本呈现负相关关系。从马克思主义政治经济学的角度来看,劳动力价值内容的变化、所有制改革的影响、经济发展方式的转变以及相关的政策因素等是造成我国劳动报酬现状的主要原因。提高劳动报酬的绝对值与比重是坚持以人民为中心发展思想的基本要求。为此,需要处理好经济增长与劳动报酬的关系、处理好劳动生产率与劳动报酬的关系、处理好资本所得与劳动报酬之间的关系,实现经济增长与居民收入的同步增长、劳动生产率与劳动报酬的同步提高。 Since the reform and opening up, the total amount of labor remuneration in China has increased rapidly, but the share of labor remuneration is still at a relatively low level and shows a trend of slow decline. The growth rate of labor productivity of all employees is basically consistent with the growth rate of labor compensation, and the share of labor compensation and the share of capital income are basically negatively correlated. From the perspective of Marxist political economy, the changes in the content of labor value, the impact of ownership reform, the transformation of economic development mode and related policy factors are the main reasons for the current state of labor compensation in China. Increasing the absolute value and proportion of labor compensation is the basic requirement for adhering to the "People-centered Development"thought. To this end, it is necessary to handle the relationship between economic growth and labor remuneration, the relationship between labor productivity and labor remuneration and the relationship between capital gains and labor remuneration, and achieve the simultaneous growth of economic growth and household income, as well as the simultaneous increase in labor productivity and labor compensation.
