多囊卵巢综合征患者LH/FSH比值与临床及生化水平的相关性

Correlation between the Ratio of Luteinizing Hormone/Follicle Stimulating Hormone and Clinical,Biochemical Levels in Patients with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

目的促黄体激素(LH)/促卵泡激素(FSH)比值升高为多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)常见的内分泌特征,探讨LH/FSH比值不同的PCOS患者临床特征及生化水平的特点.方法将360例诊断为PCOS的患者依据LH/FSH比值分为3组,比较各组之间临床特征、性激素和糖脂代谢水平的差异,并分析其相关性.结果根据LH/FSH比值分为LH/FSH <1组、1≤LH/FSH <2组和LH/FSH≥2组3组,构成比分别为20.28%、37.78%、41.94%;1≤LH/FSH<2组的体重指数(BMI)高于其余两组,腰臀比(WHR)在1≤LH/FSH <2组高于LH/FSH≥2组,LH/FSH≥2组多毛评分高于其余两组(P<0.05);促黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E2)、睾酮(T)在3组中比较,差异有统计学意义,且与LH/FSH比值呈正相关;雄烯二酮(AND)水平在LH/FSH <1组低于另外两组(P<0.05),亦与LH/FSH比值呈正相关;甘油三酯(TG)、胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)在1≤LH/FSH <2组高于另外两组.结论不同LH/FSH比值表现出不同的临床及生化特点,因此即使LH/FSH比值正常的PCOS患者临床治疗中也应给予重视.

Objective The increase of luteinizing hormone ( LH )/follicle stimulating hormone ( FSH ) ratio is the common endocrine feature of polycystic ovary syndrome ( PCOS). We to explored the clinical and biochemical characteristics of PCOS patients in different LH/FSH ratios. Methods Totally 360 patients diagnosed PCOS were divided into three groups according to LH/FSH ratio. The differences of clinical characteristics, sex hormones and glucose and lipid metabolism among different groups were compared, the analyzing their correlation. Results ( 1 ) According to LH/FSH was divided into LH/FSH <1,1 W LH/FSH < 2 and LH/FSH M 2 group, accounted for 20. 28%, 37.78%, 41.94%.(2) BMI in 1 W LH/FSH < 2 was higher than in the other two groups, WHR in 1 W LH/FSH < 2 was higher than LH/FSH m2 group, F - G score was highest in the three groups ( P < 0. 05 ).( 3 ) LH , E2 and T were different in the three groups , and were positively correlated with LH/FSH , AND in LH/FSH < 1 group was lower than that in the other two groups ( P < 0. 05 ), and is positively correlated with LH/FSH.(4) TG, TC and LDL in 1 W LH/FSH < 2 group was higher than that of the other two groups. Conclusion Different LH/FSH ratios show different clinical and biochemical characteristics, so even PCOS patients with normal LH/ FSH ratio should be given attention in clinical treatment.
