新型肿瘤标志物TSGF和Hsp90α与非小细胞肺癌的临床相关性分析

Clinical Relationship of New Tumor Markers TSGF and Hsp90α with Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

目的探讨非小细胞肺癌(non-small cell lung cancer,NSCLC)患者血清和肿瘤组织中肿瘤特异性生长因子(TSGF)和热休克蛋白90α(heatshock protein 90,Hsp90α)的表达水平,并分析其临床相关性.方法收集经笔者医院病理科确诊的120例NSCLC患者、50例肺部良性病变患者和30例正常健康体检者的血清标本,采用用酶联免疫吸附法对患者血清中Hsp90α和TSGF水平进行监测.同时,收集120例NSCLC患者的肺部病变标本,采用免疫组化染色法对其Hsp90α和TSGF的表达情况进行检测,分析患者临床特点相关性.结果 NSCLC患者的血清Hsp90α和TSGF水平显著高于肺部良性病变患者(P<0.01);二者均高于正常健康体检者(P<0.05);TSGF的水平与NSCLC的临床分期和淋巴结(LN)转移密切相关(P<0.05);TSGF和Hsp90α的水平与患者的术后生存期有关(P<0.05);TSGF水平与Hsp90α的水平呈正相关(P<0.05).结论 NSCLC中TSGF和Hsp90α的水平与NSCLC的临床症状和预后具有密切的相关性,二者的联合检测对非小细胞肺癌的诊断、预后具有重要临床意义.

Objective To investigate the expression of TSGFand Hsp90α in non - small cell lung cancer( NSCLC ) and their clinical relation 一 ships. Methods ELISA assay was used to detect the level of serum TSGF and Hsp90α of 120 cases of non - small cell cancer patients, 50 cases of lung benign lesions patients and 30cases of healthy people. Immunohistochemical assay was used to detect the expressions of TSGF and Hsp90α in 120cases of non - small cell lung cancer tissue. Then their correlations with the clinical characteristics were analyzed. Results The level of serum TSGF and Hsp90α of the NSCLC patients were significantly higher than benign lesions patients ( P < 0. 01 ). Both of the above were higher than healthy people( P < 0. 05 ). The TSGF level was positively correlated with the clinical stage, lymph node metastasis and postoperative prognosis( P < 0. 05 ). The Hsp90α level was positively correlated only w让h postoperative prognosis( P < 0. 05 ). The level of TSGF and Hsp90α were positively related. Conclusion The expression of TSGF and Hsp90α in NSCLC is significantly correlated with the clinical features and prognosis of patients, and detecting both of them may be helpful for diagnosis and prognosis of NSCLC.
