摘要
张重华教授运用《医学心悟·卷三》所载贝母瓜蒌散加减治疗肺燥津伤性喉痹,疗效较好.该方由贝母、瓜蒌、天花粉、茯苓、橘红、桔梗组成,主治燥痰涩而难出.归纳张师运用该方的辨证要点,对类证进行鉴别,并举验案两则.
From Volume 3 of Yi Xue Xin Wu,Prof. ZHANG Chonghua applied Beimu Gualou San with adjustment to pharyngitis by the pattern of consumption of body fluid due to lung-dryness,with satisfying curative effect. This prescription is made of Beimu( Bulbus Fritillariae Cirrhosae),Gualou( Fructus Trichosanthis),Tianhuafeng( Radix Trichosanthis),Fuling[Poria cocos( Schw.) Wolf ],Juhong( Exocarpium Citri Rubrum),Jiegeng( Radix Platycodonis). This aims mainly to treatment of dry phlegm with difficulty to vomit. This paper includes Prof. ZHANG’s keys points of syndrome differentiation to give syndrome identification by listing two effective cases.
