长链非编码RNA在糖尿病肾病中的作用机制及研究进展 被引量:9

The mechanisms of long non-coding RNA and its advances in diabetic nephropathy

摘要 近年来的研究证明,长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)广泛参与基因表达和转录、表观遗传调节、细胞周期控制、分化和免疫反应等生物学过程,其异常表达与癌症、心血管、神经病学及代谢性疾病等多种疾病相关,其中也包括糖尿病肾病。糖尿病及其相关的微血管和大血管并发症的发病率在全世界逐年增加,肾脏是其并发症发生的常见器官。本文将综述lncRNA的分类和功能,lncRNA在糖尿病肾病肾小球足细胞损伤、肾小管上皮细胞损伤、肾小球系膜细胞的增殖和纤维化、肾小球细胞外基质积聚、微血管病变、内质网应激和炎性反应等病理生理过程中的作用,及其作为糖尿病肾病分子标志物的研究进展。
