鳞状细胞癌是起源于鳞状上皮的恶性肿瘤。发生于外生殖器部位的鳞状细胞癌虽然发病率低,但由于外生殖器的特殊生理功能与鳞癌对其造成的巨大破坏性,应当引起临床重视。本文从病因与发病机制、临床表现和治疗进展等方面进行了综述。

Squamous cell carcinoma(SCC)is a kind of malignant tumor derived from squamous epithelium.Despite low morbidity of SCC on the external genitalia,it need to be talcen into attention due to it may destruct the external genitalia.In this article,the etiology,clinical manifestation and treatments were reviewed.
